  • Returns accepted for unopened, unused refrigerant cylinders only
  • Products must be in original, sealed condition with all safety caps intact
  • 30-day return window from delivery date
  • Original packaging and documentation required

Return Process

  • Contact customer support to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Returns must be properly packaged following DOT guidelines
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after inspection
For safety and compliance, returns are only accepted at our Sacramento facility

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
